KGK Consulting provides executive coaching, strategic advisory services, CTO-level consulting, and leadership development for technology leaders and teams. These services are delivered virtually through scheduled sessions or ongoing engagements.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Coaching Sessions: Refunds are not offered for completed sessions. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24-hour notice.
- Advisory Engagements: Month-to-month retainers operate on a standard 30-day engagement window unless otherwise specified in a custom agreement. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
- Workshops & Programs: Refunds for multi-session offerings are available up to 7 days before the start date.
5. Delivery & Fulfillment
- All services are delivered virtually via video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom) unless otherwise agreed to.
- Upon purchase or agreement, you’ll receive scheduling instructions and confirmation within 24 hours.
6. Legal or Export Restrictions
We do not provide services to individuals or entities subject to U.S. trade sanctions or residing in restricted countries.
7. Promotions
If promotions, trials, or discounts are offered, the conditions and expiration dates will be clearly stated at the time of offer.
8. Security & Payment Information
