My career has been defined by building, scaling, and transforming technology organizations, and by learning how alignment turns complexity into growth.
I’ve led technology strategy in high-growth SaaS, FinTech, and HealthTech companies, founded four ventures, and built commercial AI systems that sustained global market leadership for decades.
Along the way, I developed frameworks now used by thousands of leaders to help organizations deliver faster, strengthen collaboration, and lead with clarity. Frameworks include: CTO Levels, CTO Sentinel, and GEMs.
